AAPP: Aquatic Acclimation Preparation Program

Our Aquatic Acclimation Preparation Program (AAPP) is designed to help non-swimmers become confident and capable in the water. Through guided instruction and supportive coaching, participants develop essential swimming skills in a safe and encouraging environment.

Upon completion of the program, participants will:

  • Demonstrate improved comfort and proficiency in the water
  • Gain foundational swimming skills
  • Receive CPR certification, adding an important life-saving skill to their experience
